Artesian Home

Artesian Home is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Sulphur, Oklahoma, serving Murray and the surrounding community. The facility is dedicated to providing individualized care that promotes dignity and independence in a comfortable setting.

Physicians generally see patients upon admission and once every thirty days thereafter, with nursing professionals in constant contact with visiting physicians. The facility welcomes visitors from 8 am to 8 pm daily, with 24-hour visiting available by prior arrangement.

The community encourages family participation in various activities and special events, and residents may have mail delivered daily and receive messages from loved ones. The activities lounge can be reserved for special events with notice.
