Nath the therapist is very attentive, personable and good caring attitude at what he does about his work. Cynthia, my therapist, I love you the most, you pushed me to do all the good workouts and I need lot of help when I started therapy, and look at me now because of you what I am doing now. You are very encouraging and with your positive prayers helped me a lot. You gained me back my strength and confidence. Esline my occupational therapist helped me a lot with her patience and expertise. Brook my speech therapist is awesome lovable and caring therapist who make me to read and write again. Maria the rehab director is very caring and very easy to talk and she is compassionate and dedicated director. Cardona my cna I love her she is amazing. McLeash my medication nurse is very nice and I love her too. Miss Vicky the supervisor is good also. Thanks to this wonderful personalized rehab treatment and the team members and also the nursing staff I am very happy to be here for couple of months and now I am going home safely discharge. Thank you all

Nath my physical therapist did his best with me physical therapy like walking, stairs, knee stretching and strengthening and motivated me all through out my sessions and he is the number one outstanding wonderful therapist always make sure I go down to the rehab on time and even if don’t he always encourages me for my sessions. He has good personality, good attitude and patience to help the people. Luis the physical therapist has high skilled knowledge with her excellent decision making and communicates with everyone with helping nature. Maria the rehab director is outstanding with her positive attitude and very good boss of creating and having this complete good team of the rehab and also helping the ppl to get their equipments on time when they go home. Cynthia is always has nice personality with her prayers to me and Tayo is the same with good personality and helping nature. Miss Thompson Scott, Mr walker, and Bailey my cnas helped me and took care of me like my wife and mother and brother. Miss Allison, miss Rogers, Mr O the nurses are the good people on the floor. I am thankful to the dialysis staff also like Rina, Joshua, Patrick, Gemma and the nurses on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and thanks to the dialysis administrator Saul. Thank you for all of your wonderful support and I wish all the best for this rehab facility.

Nath my physical therapist make me stronger, safer and more independent after rehab sessions. He is very patient, encouraging and attentive to individual needs. Cynthia motivated me and very professional. Very thankful to Maria the rehab director is compassionate, organized with her excellent coordination with all departments to make sure the individual needs are met, no compromising on patients care. I also thankful to my cnas stevens, susan and medication nurses morgan and tracy. I highly recommend this rehab and facility for who require attention care and well being. Amen

Nath my physical therapist has been outstanding. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring with the residents here. Luis the physical therapist communicates and explained me about importance of therapy and has exceptional theoretical and practical knowledge. Esline my occupational therapist worked on upper body exs and great therapist. Maria the rehab director exceptional leader, professionalism and commitment towards the residents. Miss perceival and John my staff are the number ones who took care of me. I wish this place the best rehab and nursing home and truly recommandable

I loved this rehab. I got better and able to assist myself. Nath my physical therapist stepped up and motivated me and helped me to get more therapy twice as fast. Esline my occupational therapist is nice and professional. Maria the director is very nice and helpful in decision making and giving instructions all the time. Luis jack my morning cna was quiet and very helpful, John my afternoon is the excellent cna, miss vikki the supervisor on unit she kept on top of my appointments. Highly recommend Brooklyn gardens rehab. Thank you everyone and God bless this place
