Four stars for most of the nursing staff in skilled nursing (and five for our favorite staff). They are caring and kind to the patients. They aren't always prompt but they are also very, very busy so it's important to keep that in mind. Response times are reasonable when the nurse is called. The food menu is varied and even though I haven't tried it, it looks pretty tasty. The administrative staff is responsive and helpful. Sheets are changed often and the bed is made every day which makes the room look nicer. There's room for improvement on the cleanliness of the floor in the dining room but the staff are very hard working and I'd imagine that cleaning staff do the best they can also. These types of facilities are hard places to be in, to have a family member in and work at. Nowhere is perfect but they strive to take good care of the patients and show them respect. My mom has received good care by nursing staff, PT, and OT. I'd recommend this facility.

Don’t Place your loved one here at all! Skilled Nursing Part is absolutely horrible!!! Lack of Communication that goes on here and care they provide is horrible. This facility likes to wait to the last minute for everything they do!! Run for the door when this place is offered to you at the hospital!!
