Our family recently moved our cousin into Brookdale in Monroe Township, and we could not be happier with the experience. From day one, everyone made him feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home. He has been so happy getting to know the other residents, making new friends, and becoming part of the community.<br><br>One of the things he enjoys most is how active and engaging the community is. Brookdale does an amazing job organizing shows, games, activities, and special events that keep the residents involved, entertained, and social. There is always something fun going on, and it has truly helped him stay active and connected.<br><br>The care and compassion shown by the staff have been exceptional. A special thank you to Executive Director Barbara Lavelle and Sales Manager Jackie Fiore, who both went above and beyond to make sure his transition into Brookdale was smooth and stress-free. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for his well-being have meant so much to our family. They continue to look out for him and make sure he is happy, thriving, and healthy.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the entire Brookdale team for the excellent care and warm environment they provide every day. Highly recommend!

My dad moved into Brookdale almost 2 years ago right after the passing of my mom. It was a very difficult and emotional time for him. I was very worried about how he might adapt to new surroundings. That worry was thankfully in vain. The staff immediately showed their empathy, warmth, and professionalism. They understood what he was going through and catered to his needs in every way. They assured me that my fears would dissolve and that he would adjust. He is so happy at Brookdale. There were two times that he ended up in Rehab. Every day he would tell me how much he couldn’t wait to get back to Brookdale. Once he got back there, he was so content. I couldn’t recommend a place more. The entire staff is wonderful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Barbara the director, Jackie and Elizabeth. I have reached out to them the most and they respond immediately. Thank you all.<br>If you look into Brookdale, you really don’t have to look any further.

Assisted living is assisted living. Why does my F-I-L insist on being called "his highness"? Probably because of the level of care he receives and the extra mile that management and staff go for resident care and comfort. The managers are always available to speak with him or his daughters, no matter is too trivial for them to address. Transparency is the name of the game.<br><br>Today is Saturday and Barbara, the director, is assisting "his highness" with hanging up his laundry.
