I have been here many times through the years and it’s always a pleasure. The entrances are inviting and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and I always see someone helping out or speaking to the residents. They have doctors who come in from Eventus which is very convenient. It always smells so clean in the buildings too. I love the menus and newsletters they have available to see what is going on. There are so many activities to participate in. The layout of the buildings ensures safety. The staff are amazing. The HWD, HWC, RCC ensure top notch care and go above and beyond, always helping out staff when needed. The ED and Assistant ED are friendly and approachable, and I always feel like I am able to come to them. If they have any questions for me, there is no delay. The will call me ASAP. And it goes the same way, if I have a question they are on top of it! I have never gotten the dreaded “sorry, I forgot to call you back” because they care about residents! Brookdale Chapel Hill has provided a wonderful place to care for residents and makes it feel like a home. P.S. the library room they have is amazing. Seriously, I want a room like that in my home!

The staff were extremely helpful during our walk-through. They made sure to answer any questions we had regarding care for our mother. Everything seemed clean and well run from what we saw while there, the staff seemed very attentive.

From the moment my dad moved into Brookdale, we could tell this was a place where people truly care. The staff has been incredibly patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure he is comfortable and happy. As a family, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your loved one is surrounded by people who treat him with genuine kindness. We are so grateful for the dedication and heart the entire team shows every day.

Our family has been very happy with the care my mom receives at Brookdale Chapel Hill. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They treat my mom with dignity and respect, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a warm, caring atmosphere. We are truly grateful for the compassion and dedication of everyone who works here and would highly recommend this assisted living facility to other families.

Brookdale has been absolutely wonderful! My mother was a little nervous about moving to assisted living, but this has been such a positive experience for her - she’s truly happy and thriving here. The entire team is caring and professional, and the nurses always bring such positive attitudes. Ann Marie, in particular, has been an incredible support, we truly love her and appreciate everything she does. The staff goes above and beyond every day, and we’re so grateful for the compassionate care they provide.
