We could not have found a better “home” for my husband ‘s mom. What was the most impressive is the main lobby room that is where all residents gather to grab tea:coffee or play games, or exercise . We toured last August with Ray who is so amazing ! We had the opportunity to talk with two residents who were thriving at Brookdale. Ray went into such details and answered all our questions during the tour then via email. We never felt pressure to place my husband ‘s mom there . Every staff member are friendly and do helpful.<br>It wasn’t until October we placed my husband’s mom at Brookdale and she is absolutely thriving !!!! They go on field trips, activities to engage all the residents , but most importantly it feels so warm to be there . We are so happy she is being cared for and treated beyond well!! Compared to other places in New York or New Jersey - Brookdaje is the Best !

Brookdale Cary has to be the best memory care community in the area, as soon as you walk in it’s like something you’ve never seen before. It’s bright, friendly, welcoming, and Ray does such a good job helping families move through the process. I would trust my own loved ones in their hands

Working closely with this community has been a wonderful experience. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and their families. Communication is always professional and timely, and it’s clear that the team truly values the dignity, comfort, and well-being of every resident. I’ve been very impressed with the level of dedication and teamwork shown by everyone here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality senior care and support.

Our experience with Brookdale Cary has been exceptional. Jenn and the nursing team are consistently kind, attentive, and truly compassionate in their care. You can tell they genuinely know their residents and treat them like family. A special shoutout to Ray, who does a wonderful job helping families get acclimated to the building and feel comfortable from day one. His warmth and guidance make a stressful transition feel much easier.

Brookdale Cary has been a wonderful community for my uncle. He moved in over a year ago and, during that time, he has consistently received the care and attention he’s required, even as his needs have changed. The folks working there treat him with a personal touch that is always appreciated and frequently heart-warming. The staff and management communicate well with our family, being available when we have questions and reaching out when they have information to provide – or when there are highlights to share. We feel secure knowing my uncle is at Brookdale Cary, and, even better, he enjoys being there, taking part in the numerous activities and having attention paid to him. They do a great job!
