This place is inhumane<br>I have seen how unresponsive they are<br>Taking money from<br>Families<br>And not providing the care for people<br>They employees need training and capacity to do the job<br>They are just a few employees untrained probably making just a few dollars<br>Not providing what people need.!<br>I have see a love one not taking showers in weeks while paying to receive care and cleaning in a supposedly “”memory care department.!<br>Very sad.!<br>Please don’t take your love one to this place.!<br>Very desorganice unhindered place 🥹

Brookdale of Ann Arbor is amazing! My parents live there and I joined them for their Christmas party yesterday and they had so much fun. They had live music which played age appropriate music as well as a large buffet of food. At my parents previous facility they did not have anything like this. I truly appreciate the fact they make everyone feel like family and have a genuine concern for the seniors who live here. Thank you Brookdale staff!!

When we entered the lobby we noticed it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The young lady at the desk greeted us and directed us to a private room for a tour and consultation of the facility. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We are excited for our nom to move in. See you soon!
