My mom had to be placed here for rehabilitation due to a hip fracture. I never had to experience anything like this before. Sandy and Latoya in the business office were extremely helpful in the whole admission process! They helped me with the whole process. The staff was great to my mom during her stay. As in any nursing home, you will always have some staffing issues but the issues were addressed. Alysha, Crystal, and Aqua were especially helpful with any concerns I had about my mom. The facility is very dated and needs updating along with some of their equipment but the staff is what helped me make this review a 5 star review! They deserve credit where credit is due!

Finding a new home for a dear loved one isn’t an easy task. A big shout out to Ms. LaToya and Ms. Sandy made all the difference in the world. They both were very welcoming, knowledgeable and most of all caring and wanting to help. They made the transition easy and calming. Thank you for helping me place my dear grandmother at your facility with confidence and that she is well cared for by all staff. #BigWin❤️

Great people who took good care of my Mom. Never called once in over a year where they did not answer the telephone and accommodate my needs as family. Very stable workforce who cares and shows compassion in every way. Highly recommend Brook Stone.

My mother-in-law is so well taken care of at Brookstone. I think we have met every employee there and must say they are most pleasant, kind and friendly staff! They are so attentive, checking on her often. She tells us that the food is good! 99 years young!!

We have found the entire staff of Brook Stone to be caring and attentive to my mother's needs during the 3 months she has been there. I've seen an improvement in the level of participation in activities since leaving her independent living location. She is comfortable and entirely at ease. I strongly recommend Brook Stone.
