I moved into Brightview Holmdel a few months ago and I can honestly say it was the best thing I’ve done for myself in a very long time.<br><br>Since moving here I am more active than I’ve been in years. I’m enjoying daily exercise classes and a fantastic gym and swimming pool. I’m “hitting the gym” a couple of days a week like I did as a younger man. It feels great. On any given day I might watch a film in the on-site movie theater before enjoying a delicious meals served in the dining room.<br><br>The engagement staff is extraordinary. Activities are planned from morning till after dinner.<br><br>The best part, however, are the new friends I am meeting. So many like-minded people who are both interesting and interested. My mood is high and I look forward to what the future holds for me. Waking up in a beautiful home everyday is a blessing. My cat “Eleanor Roosevelt” loves it too!<br><br>I’m glad I chose Brightview to live this later chapter in my life!

If you are considering Brightview Holmdel for your loved one, please do your homework. Our family’s experience has been deeply disappointing. We found a lack of compassion, poor communication, and treatment that fell far below what families should expect for elderly residents. No family should have to fight to ensure their loved one is treated with dignity and respect.<br><br>My father is a retired surgeon who spent his life caring and helping others, and management of this facility should be ashamed at what transpired over his 13 month period at this facility. They did nothing to engage him, provided nothing intellectual for him, and simply offered a cold breakfast and dinner. Furthermore, they tried to isolate him when they knew we were not moving to the assisted living floor and were looking elsewhere. There is so much more to list here, but its counter productive at this point.<br><br>We have since left, and has been the best decision we have made. I am hoping Brightview Corporate can provide better training to management on site with the hopes that this treatment does not continue and expand to other residents.<br><br>#SeniorCare #ElderCare #BrightviewHolmdel #NewJersey #SeniorLiving

I am a musical entertainer, and I performed at this facility yesterday, Saturday and I just want to tell you, it's a beautiful facility. It's bright and cheerful with a very clean and modern decor and all the residents looked like they were having a very good time

The Plant Place has done 2 Mini Garden Planting Events since Brightview Holmdel opened and each time I was so impressed with the kind and helpful staff that was so willing to work with and assist the residents and me too! The activities director was so efficient with the event planning and staff helped me with the setup, execution and cleanup of the event which is so appreciated! If my mom needed a place to live, I would bring her to Holmdel!
