From the very first conversation, Tammy was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question, listen to our concerns, and make sure my parents felt comfortable every step of the way. Her genuine care and professionalism set the tone for everything that followed — she is truly a gem and an outstanding representative of Bright View.

I toured Brightview in August when I was looking for an independent living facility for my father. Dad couldn't live alone anymore, the house had gotten to be too much, and he wasn't eating nutritious food. Dorothy at Brightview was great - we discussed at length my Dad's preferences and personality. The rooms were spacious and modern, and we loved that it had a full kitchen. Even though Dad didn't cook, having it look like a complete apartment would have made the transition from his house more natural. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the amenities. The residents I spoke with were happy and looked very active. I signed a lease for my Dad to move in, but unfortunately, he passed away. The team at Brightview was extremely accommodating and returned the rent and the deposit - the latter of which I was not expecting. That act showed me I made the right decision in selecting a place that wasn't only aesthetically pleasing and luxurious, but also ethical - something that Dad would have valued very much. I whole-heartedly recommend this facility.
