BrightStar was invaluable to our family. We used them for overnights to care for my father as we transitioned him to an assisted living facility. Teresa at BrightStar is one of those people who is truly passionate about helping families- she is really committed to supporting seniors in the local communities. She is also kind, professional, and very communicative, and always quick to respond if you have any questions.

BrightStar Care was a lifesaver for our family! Having our Mom in Assisted Living and then Long Term care with none of the family close by meant we needed caregivers who could consistently be there for our Mom and keep us updated on her needs and any concerns. Monica and Carolyn were the 2 caregivers who provided us with peace of mind in a difficult situation. Knowing they were caring for our Mom gave us confidence to know she was well taken care of. We are so grateful for there help!!!

I called Brightstar to inquire about services for a client. I was greeted by Teresa who is very knowledgeable and passionate. Although we did not go the homecare route, Teresa was a breath of fresh air in a hectic situation. She made us feel comfortable and supported. Healthcare is a tough field and can be very stressful. It's good to know there are still people out here that really care. If I ever need this service in the future, she will be my first call.

We needed care ASAP for my father and Teresa met personally with our family to arrange caregivers right away. This lowered our stress level and allowed us to focus our energies on our loved one. All of the caregivers were professional, kind, and compassionate. Danielle and Mary were his primary caregivers and the we were very grateful to have them support not only my dad, but the whole family during the last couple of months of his life. Nurse George was also great at organizing the plan of care. We were lucky to have Brightstar Care as our in home care provider.
