I worked for this place when I was young and inexperienced in my rights. They had me work for a family with 4 autistic children and I had to service them all. I did this with no issue. The Mom found out that I should be paid for all the children at once, and she complained. They dropped the client and didnt even contact me, just let me know through the Mom that it was over. Only reason I'm writing this review is because the statute of limitations is over (I didnt know it existed) for me to recover any wages. But I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reputable work!

BrightStar cares for their clients and their employees. The caregivers are well trained and very compassionate. The office staff is always ready to assist with any questions you may have. I would call BrightStar if I needed care for any of my loved ones and feel very comfortable doing so.
