We have been using Bright Star for my elderly mother for almost a year. Claudine, her caregiver, has been very reliable, kind, and uplifting for my mom. Bright Star has provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Bright Star for your caregiver needs.

We are abundantly grateful for Brightstar! Over the past 8 weeks our family has navigated new medical situations requiring me to learn how to administer IV treatments 3 x/day to my 11 year old son. Sporadically, I'd have questions when a new situation arose, sometimes as late as 10pm. (For example: the midline IV filled up with blood quickly, which worried me.) Each time the team quickly provided empathy and clear directions which put me at ease. Throughout the entire experience, the team was extremely communicative and flexible with my full-time working schedule. Appointments were set in advance, and the nurses were always on time. Nurses made my son feel comfortable during every dressing change and weekly blood draw. I pray we don't need IVs in the future, but if we ever do, Brightstar is the first place we're going for care. I have only recently become a Brightstar client. They were recommended by my longterm care insurance company. I could not be happier with the association. My caregiver, Penny Allen, is absolutely fantastic. She comes into my home on a regular schedule and ALWAYS comes in with “What can I do for you first?” Whatever I suggest, she jumps right in and does a great job. Then she asks, “What can I do now?” And on and on it goes. If she is typical of Brightstar’s staff, you could not go wrong with your choice of this company.

Ashley, an RN from BrightStar Care, comes to assess my sister's overall health and vitals on a weekly basis. I am my sister's caregiver and live with her so I make the schedule with Ashley. She is so kind, professional and informative. It is hard for my sister who has Aphasia to fully understand what's happening and she has a hard time sitting still. But Ashley is so kind and reassuring that she is able to get the information she needs for her records. As well, she has been helpful in discussing different issues that I might have questions about. She also fills out a notebook so all of the family can look at it and see the vitals and notation of any issues. She is a true blessing to our family.
