Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. My poor mother has been caregiving for my dementia ridden grandma for over a year. She physically cannot do it anymore. My mother went to Brighton for help. They told her that they could take care of my grandma and that they needed a $1500 down payment for the room. Awesome, she paid it. They told her she had to wait 30 days for whatever reason. She had an evaluation set up and in the meantime they got medical records. The person who was supposed to come to the house for the evaluation never called nor showed up. My mother called the following day and the person proceeded to lie and say she called when call records showed she did not. The lady told my mother that they now could not take my grandma due to something in her medical file. Mind you, my mother disclosed everything in the consultation and they said it was all fine. I believe it was 100% wrong what Brighton did. My mother could’ve gotten my grandma into a different home far sooner rather than having to wait for this place to turn her away. 0/10 do not waste your time on Brighton.

This place is wonderful! Our parents live there. All the staff is phenomenal! Can't say enough about them. So much care for them. In fact they go way and beyond. I'm a housekeeper in an independent living community in Sacramento California, and I love it. So when I came to visit with my parents, I felt the warmth, and compassion, that they have for all the residents that live there. It's nice to know that my parents are well taken care of.Thank you! Thank you! so much for making our parents feel at home.

This facility isn't what it used to be! We have provided many Christmas gifts for residents the past 2 years. I just called to see where the list is this year only to learn there isn't one! All new management since last year. So? How educated to you have to be to provide quality of life for your senior residents? I am disgusted and heartbroken! We were even invited to attend the party in 2022. Santa delivering gifts, live music and treats. These people were so happy! I don't even want to imagine what it's like now. Or to know how they disposed of the mascot dog that lived there who was loved by so many! I recommend not putting your family member here if you want them to have quality of life!

I don't normally write reviews but am doing so on behalf of our mother. She lived in BC Assisted Living for about a year and a half. During that time, the staff was respectful and helpful to her and all family members that visited her. One of her children were in to see her almost every day. She did not participate in the many activities offered but it wasn't due to lack of the staff trying. Our mom needed additional help months before she was moved into Memory Care but the staff in assisted living attended to her needs without complaint. Once in Memory Care, the dedicated and caring staff did a phenomenal job in engaging her in conversation and activities. It was nice to see her participate again. Mom has joined her heavenly family now and we will remember the kindness that the staff at Brighton Court demonstrated to us all. Thank you!

My mother-in-law and father-in-law spent the last 2 and a half years of their lives at Brighton Court. The staff was always attentive, and they were very compassionate when it came to issues like Hospice and end of life. It was nice to have phone calls letting me know when one of them fell, or if they needed things. After they passed, I didn't think I would need to be in touch again, but then my mom needed assisted living. I immediately called and they were able to accommodate her. Helping my family members means a lot to me, and I appreciate the patience and tolerance they afford. It takes a special person to deal with the demands of the elderly. It is difficult for my mom to participate in the activities due to her oxygen and mobility issues, but the staff always tries to encourage her to participate, and they do come to help her get her chair to be able to participate. She is settling in, and is happy with her view from her apartment.
