Date 2/24/2026 (Revised from 2/22/26) Nursing and the aides are very attentive to all needs as requested. They are very kind, polite and respectful even when patients are being rude to them. They do their best to address all needs. I want to give Moose a very special mention. The therapist are knowledgeable and kind but no nonsense. They take every precaution and know the patient’s limits and will get the best of each session. Housekeeping kept my room spotless. They were timely each morning with bed making and bathroom cleaning. As for food service. I had a misunderstanding on the timing usage of the app but the dietary admin lady was kind enough to visit and clarify. They have initiated this new Mealsuite app and it is fantastic! Very user friendly and easy to set up. There are a lot of senior residents here that have no knowledge of smart phones. With this app, a family member can sit in their own home and order all meals for their loved one several days in advance. The food is really good. In a perfect world the portions could be a little bigger but hey. I didn’t meet any of the dietary staff other than the director lady and she was very kind and attentive

Bridgeway Care Center took exceptional care of my mother, and our family is incredibly grateful for the compassion, patience, and professionalism shown by the entire staff. From the very beginning, we felt confident that she was in good hands. The caregivers were attentive, kind, and always treated her with dignity and respect. Communication with our family was clear and consistent, and the nurses were always willing to answer questions and address concerns. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and it’s clear that resident well-being is their top priority. What meant the most to us was how genuinely caring the staff were—not just doing a job, but truly connecting with my mother and making her feel safe and valued. We highly recommend Bridgeway Care Center to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one. They made a difficult time much easier, and we will always be thankful for the care they provided.

I had the pleasure of attending a networking event at this location and was truly impressed! The event was extremely well organized and thoughtfully planned, the environment was a welcoming environment for meaningful and professional connections. A special thank you to the coordinator, Christina, whose dedication and attention to detail are outstanding. It's clear how much effort goes into these events. The establishment itself was very clean and inviting, the staff was also super friendly and helpful! Overall, the event was well-executed and left an impact beyond the establishment's walls.

My mother stayed at Bridgeway for some time. The staff was so attentive to her needs. One night, my mother was having tough time and feeling down. One of the aides came in to check on her and sat with her for like a half hour to make her smile again. She still talks about how that aide made her feel. Huge thank you the staff at Bridgeway! You’re doing amazing work!

I am very happy with the staff and the way my wife is treated. Always a friendly face at the front desk. Lots of the people are starting to feel like friends. All in all a pleasant place.
