I have been to **Bridgeway Rehabilitation** several times for events, and each time I have been impressed by how engaged the staff are with the residents. The administrative staff are always present, interacting and creating a warm, welcoming environment. The facility itself feels very homey and inviting. I have also had the pleasure of working closely with Christina, the Community Outreach Coordinator, and she does a fantastic job with events. She is passionate, caring, and truly dedicated to the community. Additionally, I have assisted some of their patients who were sent home with home care and received very positive feedback about their experience at this rehab. Bridgeway Rehabilitation is a great community, and I would definitely recommend it.

I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received at Bridgeway Sub-acute Rehab Center. The nursing staff consistently showed professionalism, compassion, and close attention to my needs. The CNAs were kind, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make me comfortable. I also greatly benefited from the dedication and expertise of the physical and occupational therapists, who encouraged my progress every step of the way. The kitchen staff provided well-prepared meals and were accommodating and friendly, which made a real difference in my daily experience. Above all, the administration keeps everything running smoothly, creating an environment where patients feel supported and genuinely cared for. Joyce Melitsky

I’ve had the pleasure of attending several vendor-partner networking events organized by Christina Flanagan Bistis at Avalon Assisted Living and Bridgeway Care at Home, and each one has been outstanding. The events are thoughtfully planned, well attended, and bring together an impressive group of senior care professionals. Equally impressive is the staff and leadership, their professionalism, coordination, and genuine compassion for residents is immediately evident. There’s a clear focus on safety, comfort, and dignity, creating a supportive environment that helps residents and families feel confident and at ease. Christina and her team have built something special. I would highly recommend attending the next one.

There are no words that can fully express the gratitude our family has for Bridgeway Care and Rehabilitation Center at Hillsborough. During the most painful and vulnerable time of our lives, when my mom was passing, the staff became more than caregivers — they became our family. Every nurse, aide, and staff member treated my mom with such tenderness, dignity, and love. They spoke to her softly, stayed by her side, and made sure she was comfortable and at peace in her final moments. Knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared brought us a sense of comfort in the middle of unimaginable heartbreak. What touched us just as deeply was how the staff cared for our family. They went far beyond what was expected, guiding us through arrangements, explaining everything with patience and compassion, and offering emotional support when we felt completely overwhelmed. They gave us time, space, kind words, and reassurance — never rushing us, never making us feel alone. When unexpected costs came up that we were not prepared for, the staff stepped in to help in ways we will never forget. Their generosity and understanding lifted a huge weight off our shoulders during an already devastating time. That act of kindness meant more to us than we can ever explain. Every single person we encountered — from nursing staff to administration — showed empathy, humanity, and genuine care. We were never treated like just another family or another room number. We were embraced with compassion and love. We will forever be grateful to Bridgeway Hillsborough for honoring my mom with such dignity and for supporting our family through her passing. The kindness, generosity, and compassion they showed us will stay in our hearts forever. My mom did not leave this world alone — she was surrounded by people who truly cared.
