If you have family here...please visit on a regular basis....they will not support and care for your family the way you do...if you don't get a care plan....then they really will make your loved one time hell there. These facilities are so similar and see why the name changes keep happening.

I just want to say my experience here has been very good. I want to give a shout-out to physical therapy, cnas, nursing, social services and customer experience Department. They have truly helped me progress well along my stay here.

Terrible place, you can smell the urine entering the building. Staff is always unavailable, never answering phones, emails, hard to contact. Resident left unattended in the day room. Sitting in the same diapers from the time they get up until being tucked in for bed. The care is provided with attitudes, no urgency, concerns. Trying my hardest to get my aunt out of here. The best care is provided by the outside hospice team. They’re collecting money waiting for your love ones to pass
