At BRIA facility I experienced an extremely unsafe environment. Within my first week, hundreds of dollars in hygiene items and personal belongings were stolen, along with makeup and clothing. Male residents repeatedly entered my room at night, going through my belongings while I was asleep, including times I woke up to evidence they had been there. I was physically assaulted multiple times, including being punched on my birthday after another resident was given my clothes and felt entitled to them, and another assault over a male resident before a smoke break. I also found what appeared to be drug paraphernalia in my bed and was told a resident had been in my room at 3 a.m. I was pressured and threatened by residents for money, food, and items, and even had a cigarette allegedly laced. My belongings were repeatedly taken or redistributed, and my room had to be moved multiple times for safety. Staff and social work failed to adequately protect me or address repeated reports, and I felt ignored and unsafe throughout my stay.

This place needs to close NOW !!! Patients have allergies and dont eat certain foods but ate told eat this or nothing. My friend went all night with nothing. Told there are no substitutions. Now let's talk about the STRONG ODOR OF URINE that greets you at the door !!! NASSSSTY!! Nurse Sala is soooo nice i really like how she takes care of the patient’s. She loves on everyone the same. NEED MORE LIKE HER!!! Clean up the urine smell and give patient's choices everyone dont eat everything. Heard of this place before but to have a friend there its soo crazy to see her experience what people talk about. SOME of the CNA are so lazy in there.

If I could pick a negative 10 they kept my fiance there for 3 and 1/2 months stating he was there for mental issues the only medication he received was vitamins they were trying to not allow him to come home I in fact did receive him finally after I went there and fought for him they've blocked his link card and medical. I am hiring a lawyer after what I saw lady walking down hallway asking for her clothes she was naked.
