When I visited I thought it was extremely professional in every aspect of the facility. The staff was completely dedicated and responsive to the residents needs and requests. This is the worse company to move a senior citizen into. The “new management” is a disgrace. They do not care about the seniors that lives here. They only care about money! The residents are not being cared for in the way they should. They have unprofessional people running this place. They will get shut down soon. No one should ever move their love one in this place. They are liars and will not care for the residents and they do not care about staff. All of the good workers are gone! Beware

Can't comment on facility as have not viewed. Made an appt and scheduled a phone call with Community Director Kristine Medina. Unfortunately she never bothered to call me back to discuss my situation. Since none of my questions were answered during the phone call we scheduled since I did not receive a call back, I won't be touring. If the customer service is this bad prior to being a resident I can only imagine how bad the customer service is once you live there. I will not be touring: or considering this Community.
