My father is here and they always go above and beyond when it comes to treating him like family. The staff is so great with the residents and try their hardest to make sure there taken care of how your loved ones deserve to be takin care of god bless the facility and there amazing staff!

Do not send your loved one here. Do yourself a favor and read the lower star reviews. They are accurate. The place is very outdated and severely understaffed. No one comes when the call button is pressed. Patients wait hours to be helped.

The nursing staff are wonderful especially raven she's wonderful very good and everything for my mom Barbara and the CAA catherine are wonderful she's making sure mom's good and everything thank you for everything that the Big Oak we have you are a good job

my grandmom was here and received the best care! We weren’t sure she would be able to come home but after 6 weeks of amazing therapy she was able to come home!

Mildred is by far one of the best aides that works for big oaks. I met her few months ago while taking care of my relative. Mildred has always been nice, and pleasant and most importantly very patient with the residents.
