I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional care and attention my mother has received at Belmare Senior Living, in Oakdale CA. From the moment we toured the facility, we knew we had found a place where she could not only feel comfortable but also thrive in her new environment, and refers the facility as "home". The staff is truly incredible — they are kind, compassionate, and attentive, ensuring that each resident’s needs are met with a personal touch. They always make time to chat with my mom, engaging her in conversations and activities. It's clear they genuinely care about the residents’ well-being, which has made all the difference in my mom’s transition. One of the things I love the most is how Belmare offers a range of services tailored to each individual’s needs, from medication management to daily activities, while still promoting independence. My mom has always been fiercely independent, and they’ve been respectful of that, encouraging her to participate in activities at her own pace, while providing the right level of support when needed. The facility itself is lovely, with clean, modern rooms, spacious common areas, and a beautiful garden that offers a peaceful escape. It’s well-designed to create a safe and welcoming environment for seniors, and my mom enjoys spending time in the outdoor spaces with other residents. In addition to the care, the food is surprisingly good! While it’s never easy to place a loved one in assisted living, I’ve been reassured every step of the way by the professionalism and warmth of the staff! They’ve truly exceeded my expectations, and I feel confident that my mom is in good hands. She is happy, engaged, and treated with the dignity and respect she deserves.
