The Belleview Heights team is amazing. It was a difficult decision & process to get my Mom moved from home to Memory Care and they all came together to make the experience as easy as possible. They did EVERYTHING they said they would do to help with the transition. Audra, the Executive Director, is kind, compassionate and professional;. Josh (Business Office Manager) went above and beyond to help set up the insurance and paperwork so everything went super smoothly; Sharon (Health Services) worked with her team to make sure my Mom got immediate clean-up & care which she had been sharply resisting. Sharon really helped calm my nerves, and assure me that everything would be ok. (Such an angel!) Jennifer, the Life Enrichment Director is so nice and very proactive with keeping the residents occupied with wonderful activities. Cody was a delight to work with and really managed to put it all together seamlessly. My Mom is adjusting well, and I feel great relief and comfort knowing that she is in such good hands!

Care givers excellent. Administrative staff excellent. Environment warm and quiet. Cody welcomed my mother with open arms, and after 2 months she still remembers him as a “friend”.
