My mother has been a resident there for 3 years. She is on the 3rd floor memory care. It is a very caring, well kept and clean facility. Her room is clean, bed made everyday, lots of activities (calendar of events) which she may participate it. She does not complain about the variety, quality or portions of food. Her nurses and staff are excellent, very caring and friendly. May, Jay, Eva and Rose are the best nurses anywhere. It is a two-way street of communication. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns. They will call with anything that they see is an issue. I couldn't have picked a better place to care for my mother. They have a difficult job and do it with kindness, caring, professionalism and respect.

Because of Rose and May on 3rd floor my father loves this place. They make his stay at this location very special and he enjoys being there as they take good care of him.

My Aunt Ann DeMartino has been here for over a year and we could not be happier with her care. May and Rose and the rest of the team are incredibly thoughtful and caring. My aunt is always very clean and very happy. We are so very thankful for this team.

I highly recommend my aunt Rose Murphy, who works as a CNA at Bella Terra Streamwood, and her colleague May, who serves as a nurse. They consistently demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and dedication to the residents in their care. My aunt is attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported..and Nurse May is equally committed, providing skilled care while maintaining a warm and reassuring presence for residents and their families. Together, they make an outstanding team, treating every resident with kindness, dignity, and genuine concern. Their strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and commitment to quality care have a positive impact on everyone they serve. Any healthcare facility would be fortunate to have professionals with their level of dedication and compassion.❤️

Rose is nothing short of amazing. She is consistently kind, gentle, and attentive, always taking the time to listen and make sure every need is met with patience and a warm smile. She approaches her work with such genuine care and respect, making even the most challenging moments feel easier. Her dedication does not go unnoticed—she truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel seen, comfortable, and valued.<br><br>Equally impressive is Nurse May. Nurse May brings a rare combination of professionalism, expertise, and compassion.
