I was at bella terra la grange. I have to say that the wound nurse are the best also the other nurses are pretty good 👍😊. But everything else was not so good. When I left the rehab center. I went to my doctor and checked my sugar levels and it was 11. Which is not good at all. And I told my doctor and they did not do anything about it. They gave food high carbs. Which not go well for a person with diabetes. Told them about a they did anything about it. I have a cut on my hand and was not getting better because my sugar levels was way too high. So if you have a love one at Bella Terra. Make sure you have them show you the sugar levels of the person staying there. It will make big difference. Diabetes is a bad thing to have. It should be at 7. Or lower.

I have been here twice for rehab and everyone has been so pleasant! Chenette always made sure that I was well taken care of. She arranged transportation for me so I could get to and from all of my doctor's appointments. My CNA Barbara is the BEST!! My nurses Kim, Jeld, and Nate are the BEST nurses! The entire therapy team is absolutely AMAZING!!! They are caring and truly dedicated to helping their patients succeed. They create a welcoming environment and always go above and beyond to provide excellent care. I'm so grateful for their support. See you all after my next surgery.

We have tried to get someone from Bella Terra to work with us on an intake but we're told they can't help us because they have a waiting list. I asked if we could get on the waiting list and the person told us no. I hope the owner reads this because why tell us there's a waiting list and then refuse to put us on it?
