UPDATE: DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY. this place should absolutely be shut down and most of the staff should have charges pressed against them for elder abuse. my grandmother has been staying here for months and her condition has worsened ten fold because no one cares for her. she fell once (trying to get herself to the bathroom because no one would help her) so theyve put her in diapers and stuck her in the hallway for the entire day. away from her phone, away from the few amenities they offer, and shes not supposed to be sitting all day because of her wounds. she hardly gets a shower or bath. the food they serve is barely edible. she has been allegedly sexually abused by the staff in her sleep. i cannot stress this enough, do NOT bring your loved ones here. previous review: my grandmother is staying here and she is miserable. she said the nurses are nice but my family had to fight them to get her pain medication given to her. since being here, her infections have gotten much worse and shes been hospitalized already for their negligence. i would not recommend this place at all

Great Facility! Food is good, people and the service is good- when I need assistance they respond quickly and have been very kind and helpful. They are also very patient with me. Therapy has been very good, they really look after you. I was barely able to stand and thought I was never going to walk again and now I’m able to stand on my own. Team here really looks out for your overall well being. Facility is very clean! I will definitely return after my upcoming surgery as my experience has been wonderful; I wouldn’t want to be any place else.

Mom and dad were both here for a bit. Facility is clean, food is okay but they have other options if you don’t like what they’re serving. The nurses and employees are nice and do their best. They always have activities going with a big group of patients involved. We were happy with the care they got.

I am very disappointed with the care my grandmother received at Bella Terra. During her stay, she unfortunately fell on the floor, and what was most concerning was the absence of any nursing or medical staff to assist her. It took far too long for help to arrive, and resulted in having to take her to the emergency room due to the situation. I was told from the Nurse Colleen that her staff member Steven was present at the time this incident occurred. The MA Diana was clueless and mentioned she just clocked in. The lack of immediate support and oversight is unacceptable. Families entrust their loved ones to facilities like this, expecting a certain level of care and vigilance. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated and worried about my grandmother’s safety. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to improve their staffing and response times. No family should have to experience what we did.

Be careful about moving your love me here they don’t care about their residence. They line them up in front of the nurses station like there’s some kind of child and I heard the CNA on Night Shift and the front half of the building by the name of Serena can be extremely rude and think she acts like she runs the place Also. Also, I’ve heard that a CNA on day shift Was having inappropriate relationships with the administrator I would highly not recommend moving your loved ones here. I was a former patient here and I got out as soon as I can.
