Staff, nurses and CNA were extremely helpful. They all showed care and concern for my sister. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

When I entered this facility the very first thing I noticed was the lack of smell. It did not smell like any other facility I had ever been in, in my entire life. It smelled normal....not a heavy chemical smell nor the smell of body fluids. Of course I read other reviews, someone posted about needing paint. I am glad that the focus is more on the patient and not on the walls. I know of a lot more things more important than paint. Everything was clean. Everyone was caring and I am glad my loved one spent their final days here.

While it is common to have good and bad experiences with a skilled care facility, I am giving Belaire 4 stars because of the quality and taste of the food, and because of the care we received from one specific tech named Rod. He was awesome. We called him Rod Stewart while we were there. He was gentle with my husband and most of the others were not. The days he worked we felt blessed to be there. He was always kind, professional and friendly.

My visit to Belaire Health Care, the atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly and seem like they really enjoyed their job. My uncle's room was clean and very neat. The building smelled very clean and fresh. When we first arrived I assume she was the facility manager, she greeted us with a smile and held the door open for us. I appreciate people who still have some kindness and she didn't acted as if she was too good to speak. You know in this world today people can come off that way. I told my mom that I felt like this facility was good for my uncle. Keep up the great work Belaire.

I walked in and was greeted and asked if I needed help, which I did since it was my first time there. I was given instructions on what to do, got my name sticker, and given directions to the room. A nurse was there and since the door was closed, I asked if someone was in with them. I was told that she had been on the phone and the nurse didn't want to interrupt. I cautiously opened the door and greeted by a smile. The nurse allowed us to visit for a while before she came back. There was someone shining the hall floors and things looked clean, even if a bit dated. I was acknowledged again as I left. All in all, I had a good first impression.
