Beautiful well maintained elevator building & beautifully landscaped walking trails, Great for retired people! Offers Four Handicap parking places, no designated parking for residents & we have many visitors. I feel very blessed to live in such a safe well maintained beautiful community: I enjoy my PRIVATE balcony of flowers & updated appliances, Spacious floor plans— the woman above me up Alll night moving furniture And Bouncing in Bedroom (I hear NO Walking!) That’s not Safe for her to not remember or be aware that she IS up all night- Quiet time IS 9PM I keep a low profile & mind my Own business• However the neighbor Up above me Sleeps Naps 7pm-10pm Every evening So she can Bounce in bedroom& move Bedroom furniture ALL night, @ 11PM- One AM in BEDROOM just over where I sleep: ThankYou for Making Forbes 5 Stars & A Great Place to RETIRE!!!

Management and maintenance are great but for the fact that the higher-ups are not doing much about tenants harassing other tenants and the people who work there is not so great. My mother keeps to herself but still people harass her and stand at her door, make up lies, call corporate and they do it to multiple people not just her there is no seniority of who lived there longer. It is not a rehabilitation center or old folks home should I say! Some people pay full rent to live there I'm sure and they are bothered. These people literally complain about everything. Somebody on the top floor loves to smoke cigarettes in the building but will complain about any other smells. People have even went to the extent of calling the police and making false police reports. And then when they arrive they are made to look like fools because of the false accusations. This place would be a really nice place if people would just learn to mind their business and stay to themselves. It's clean and quiet but still people are not satisfied! My mother also has grandkids and they complain about a one year old on the weekends before 9 PM. These people literally try to get the employees fired and tenants kicked out! They group up and bully others!!!! I have had numerous tenants come to me and tell me how they are harassed by other tenants and it's just sad to hear.

Ive lived here for nearly 7 years and have enjoyed my time here despite the fact they changed a once beautiful place into a not so pretty place. My biggest problem however is there are some here that smoke marijuana they call skunk because that is exactly what it smells like. The person in the apartment beside me keeps the hallway reeking of it and when I am inside my apartment with the patio door open the smell drifts inside my and I have complained about this numerous times but the corporate office refuses to address the matter. Sometimes these people have the entire building smelling like this awful stuff. You would think living in a senior community you would not have this type of thing

For the money this apartment complex is a jewel. The brand new appliances are really nice. The floors are good quality n up to date. They look like wood but are Mae of a more durable material. The new patio doors are beautiful. The bathroom has been updated somewhat they have ceramic tile floors n a new updated look of grey features in a accent strip was added.. Carpet only in the bedrooms. It is really nice looking. Community areas have been redone for the most part. The management is doing an exceptional job in making this transition of managements maintenance people are doing a great job. They both are working hard to learn this place n the people since it was bought out...less than a year ago. They only complaint I have is, I really "need" a two bedroom and yes they have me on the list... So I know it will happen soon. Also I think it should be 50 n older not 55n older. 01/10 /2022. Old rusted appliances, dirty halls, exit doors filthy, dead bugs, laundry appliances outdated and dryers smell like they are about to catch fire. Nothing here is energy efficient. Cheap paint used in apartments. Had to threaten contacting Dept. of Health to get new carpet. Kitchen and bath flooring needs replaced. Decks need power washed and repainted-lots of moss on columns. No walking trail unless you want to walk in a small circle around the gazebo 16 times for about one mile of exercise. Only saving grace is community manager, she is great but her hands are tied by management.
