Bayside rehabilitation staff, I would like to thank you all for your assistance, kindness, and willingness to help me and family celebrate my mother n law birthday party at your facility. You really came through and the staff was truly amazing please keep up the good work and thanks for all you do for caring for my family member.

I had a few issues with the care for my husband when he first arrived but the staff addressed my concerns and the experience improved. Anthony was outstanding with keeping me informed and coordinating the discharge process. AJ and Petty were very professional and kind when working with my husband for physical therapy. Sharonna (not sure of spelling of name) did an excellent job caring for my husband the last two days he was here. (July 15th and 16th) She was extremely kind, respectful and took initiative to check on my husband who was bed bound. Jackie was also very conscientious in caring for my husband in the evenings. John the food manager also went out of his way to try and serve food that my husband might like since he had a very poor appetite.

The patients are cared for and they are happy<br>The nurses and all employees are very informative I appreciate all of them i feel my family member is safe there
