I am disappointed and frustrated with the way Bayshore Pointe has handled a very sensitive and serious matter. My mother passed away just one day after we paid for her monthly stay. During an already difficult and emotional time, we were told the refund would be processed within 30 days. It has now been well over that timeframe, and instead of honoring their commitment, I’ve been met with delays, vague responses, and a complete lack of accountability. No one seems willing to provide a clear answer or take responsibility for resolving this. This is not just about money—it’s about basic decency and professionalism. Families trust facilities like this to act with integrity, especially in moments of loss. Dragging out a refund after a resident has passed is both unacceptable and deeply insensitive. I strongly urge Bayshore Pointe to correct this immediately and process the refund without further delay. I would also caution others to be aware of how financial matters may be handled here during critical times. This experience has added unnecessary stress to an already painful situation, and it should not happen to anyone else.:
