I do not recommend this facility. The rehab dept is not good. They don’t take patients situation seriously.

I been here last three months nursing managers, the cook and kitchen staff are great and my aide Fronilan is great and my friend Abeba is my hero she understands my needs. The place is very clean. I want to gave Baybrook A+ . Thank you baybrook staff.

OT and PT is excellent! Elise, Assistant Administrator, is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my mom’s room was just right and family could visit often. Natasha, the Social Worker, was amazing! She’s so knowledgeable and helpful! Jennie, the Speech Pathologist, was also excellent. She does so much and is very knowledgeable about the facility/services, etc. Jessie, Issy, and Marylyn were outstanding nurses! James, Faciliities Manager, was so warm and encouraging to the patients. All of the staff is extremely friendly!!

Baybrook had the best staff that provides the best care . The administrator serves dinner with the CNAs and really humble guy. All the staff in here is great the therapy staff is great The place is very clean.one of the staff member name Abeba is sweet and has very pleasant comes to me and checks on me if everything is ok with the everyone. Had a great experience and will be back if i have too.Thank you Baybrook staff and administrator.

My loved one was transferred here from the hospital after back surgery, and I wouldn't wish this place upon my worst enemy. Was supposed to be for skilled nursing, but "skilled" must be a loose term. Food was awful (first night was chicken nuggets and tater tots, dessert on night was mushed mandarin oranges with mini marshmallows thrown on top...what are they, toddlers?), and ringing the call button 'might' get you attention...eventually. Pain meds rarely delivered on time. Other asks go ignored or told they "have to wait for doctor orders"; finally got an enema 4 days after initial request. Diapers so heavy when finally changed, they could hardly lift them. And every complaint met with excuses. The one staff member I met that actually worked seemed incredibly overworked while others sitting/standing around chatting amongst themselves. Was supposed to be getting PT, (place we transferred to is 3x/day) but in 5 days, only got 1 full session. Was actually told by Sam the admin that care on the weekends was much different than during the week, while my loved one was there 24/7. Stay far, far away from Baybrooke Village! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
