We looked at numerous assisted living facilities throughout North Texas before choosing a place for my mother-in-law, and Teresa's House stood out immediately. She became the very first resident there, and from day one we knew we'd made the right decision. Unlike the typical overcrowded, understaffed facilities we toured, Teresa's House was immaculate, comfortable, and clearly run with genuine care. The staff-to-resident ratio was excellent, and it quickly became apparent that this wasn't just a house, it was truly a home for the residents who lived there. The level of care and concern was exceptional. It was obvious that for the staff, this was more than just a job. They built real, meaningful relationships with the residents and treated them like family. When my mother-in-law passed away while in their care, the compassion, consideration, and support shown by the entire staff during that incredibly difficult time was second to none. They walked with our family through it with grace and genuine kindness. We give Teresa's House our highest possible endorsement. It is truly an amazing place, and we are so grateful she spent her final chapter there.

We have been coming here 3 times visiting our dear professor the last 2.5 years. Each visit was delightful and met with consistent excellence of the facility and the team. I love how clean the place is, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely consider a place like this for my own later in life care. Thank you Teresa house for taking such great care of our dear friends Dr Pocock and penny!

I can’t say enough good things about Teresa's House. From the moment my Dad moved in, we have felt supported, informed, and truly cared for. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly compassionate and patient—qualities that make all the difference in memory care. Having worked in healthcare for 34 years, I understand just how challenging it is to run a truly exceptional facility—and this team does exactly that. Their level of organization, professionalism, and genuine commitment to residents and families is evident in everything they do. They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, and it shows in the way they interact with my dad every day. The communication with our family has been excellent, and we always feel included and reassured about his care. It brings me so much peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, nurturing environment where he is treated with dignity and respect. I’m very grateful for the entire team and the exceptional care they provide.

I can't say enough about Teresa's House Assisted Living/Memory Care! I wish I could give 100 stars! They offer top notch amazing compassionate care with such an attentive staff ensuring the residents are well taken care of, safe, and happy. You can see the warmth, love, and respect they have for one another as the staff truly focuses on all aspects of the resident's physical, mental, and spiritual health. I cannot express how much I enjoy seeing and engaging with the beautiful staff and residents there on a weekly basis as they treat me like one of their own. It truly warms my heart knowing we are working together as a team in providing the care, compassion, and love when caring for our senior population because they deserve it! Knowing they are creating such a beautiful environment and experience for the residents as if they were their own loved ones. This is almost unheard of in this industry and nothing compares to the home like setting, genuine love, and exceptional care they they provide. The level of care from the entire staff is impeccable and I know that if gives the residents and their families peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat as they are the GOLD standard of assisted living care. I feel privileged and honored to get to experience the love and care they have for our senior population!

If I could give Teresa House 15 stars, I would. I don’t believe there is a better facility in the Dallas area to care for your loved one. My mom has dementia and was not getting the care she needed at an Asst. Living facility. My sister and I visited numerous facilities and from day one, we knew Teresa House was different. TH celebrates the life your loved ones have left and helps them enjoy every day. They have activities catered to memory care patients seven days a week. The meals are a sweet time for each house to come together (and the food is delicious). The facilities are beautiful, yet the homes feel like a home and not an industrial facility. They take impeccable care of the lawns and landscape and thought through every detail of comfortable porches and walking paths. But what sets Teresa House apart from the rest is their staff. My mom’s house has the most loving and kind ladies helping her. Fancy and Gabi are two that have been there since my mom’s first day. It was hard moving my mom but watching Fancy love on her and Gabi care for her as if she were her own mom, helps me relax and know she is in the right place. And quite frankly, my mom is with it enough that she would let us know if she was not happy (and boy would she let us know 😊). Instead, she tells us how much she likes where she lives and is always asking us “how do I thank them for helping me”? Thank you Godwin and Teresa for creating such an incredible and unique place for loved ones to live.
