I want to recognize the outstanding care and professionalism at this nursing home. The facility is consistently clean, well-organized, and feels thoughtfully managed. The staff are respectful, attentive, and demonstrate genuine compassion toward residents. It’s clear that patient care is a real priority here, not just a formality. A special shoutout to Kenya, the ADON, whose leadership truly stands out. She is approachable, professional, and clearly sets a high standard for care within the facility. You can see her impact reflected in how smoothly things run and how respectfully residents are treated. She brings both structure and compassion to her role in a way that makes a noticeable difference. Communication with staff and leadership is also strong, and concerns are addressed in a timely and respectful manner. Overall, this is a facility that feels safe, well-managed, and genuinely caring. I would confidently recommend it to families looking for quality long-term care

Excellent facility! The quality of care, bedside manner, and attentiveness are truly superb. I’ve had consistently positive interactions with the entire team, including the facility administrator, Will Sherman, who took the time to get to know my family and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

This place is not fit for an animal!!! I don’t understand how they have 4.7 rating. There is no ac/heat or ventilation in the rooms n 300 hall. The nurses are absent but there physically. My family member went six weeks without an important medication. Resident sit in urinalysis and feces for hours. You can never find a staff member they all hide out. Room trays are most of the time missed so residents go without eating. 300 hall always wreak of urine and feces. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!! I was assaulted by the administrators will Sherman upon retrieving my loved ones belonging. I was pushed and he toiled my phone so that I couldn’t call the police. He was assisted by his staff to take my phone to prevent me from calling the police after the assault. The assault occurred as retaliation because I reported the facility to the state.
