Honestly shocked to see such a low average as they were incredibly helpful to me. I had back surgery on the 15th was very sore and could barely move. Kiran came and went over some basic intro movements for me, was very thorough, knowledgeable and is a real gentleman. I was then visited by Chelsea for my next 3 appointments. I think she is a superstar and should be valued as a great asset to the company, Showed me the exercises that I need to do daily and by golly they work! She's also extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk with. My last session was awesome I rode the bike and I'm walking without pain. Thanks for your help Bayada. Highly recommended.

OMG this company is just milking the health care system. On June 30, 2025 they sent this lady Julie to my house to change my dressing on my back I had just had surgery. When she came she didn't have any supplies, saying the company doesn't have any, she also didn't know what to do. It took her 30 minutes to put a couple of my band- aid which I didn't know that she were using on my surgery. When she wasn't supposed to had been putting them on. She was supposed to take off the gauze that the doctor had put on, clean the womb, replace the new gauze and tape which she didn't have. Terrible company very incompetent employees. This is one of those companies that Donald Trump needs to shut down they are just milking the health care system. Getting paid for doing nothing! Walking around with that big black bag with no supplies. 👎👎

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They dont show up for appointments regularly and when they do, they are incredibly late and most times dont even bother to call. They cut appointments short all the time. I cant WARN YOU ENOUGH! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for therapy. They will use up your insurance and you wont get the therapy you deserve.

Bayada has been providing Home Health Care Service to both my parents for the last year. Overall the aides have been very professional and caring. The management team is excellent. Every time we make a change in the service, our client services Manager Shubhana has never failed to accommodate us. I have had experience with other agencies and feel like Bayada is the gold standard of home health care.

My partner had knee replacement surgery. Bayada sent a so called nurse who took her vitals but did not address the wound at all. The last time she was here she spent the whole time talking about her vacation plans. My partner ended up with a severe infection that required additional surgery. After the second surgery the woman who came out to change the dressing, wrapped it like a 3rd grader with just gauze pads and tape..The dressing fell off.
