I wish I could give the office personal a zero star for communication, their excuse is always “I apologize for not getting in touch with you” when I call to see why the staff is not here for my mother.

They should get negative stars. In my opinion and probably many others,These people are totally devoid of any kind of compassion or care. They dropped us without notice or good reason, and felt perfectly justified in their horrible behavior. Many times they would call 10 min or 1/2 hour after the aide was supposed to be there to let you know the aide was not coming. Very care less people especially the office manager and the 2 nurses. Stay away is my advice.
