Thank God, we dodged a bullet by not building in this community. The developer apparently acts like a petulent fifth grader and treats his buyers/homeowners with utter disdain and name-calling. We are so delighted not to have endured this train wreck. Prospective buyers will be well-advised to proceed with extreme caution.

Nice 55+ Retirement community. 2 great models which builder is willing to customize. New sections opening. Great community center with social directors. Was very well attended mid afternoon. Sales rep very knowledgeable and helpful. Traffic can be a problem at school time. 1 road in/out and 2 schools nearby.

Checked this place out for my grandmother. She stayed here temporarily before moving into a place of her own. I don't mind the area that much it just seemed too gloomy for me

It was a great place for any retired people who want to stay active. they have a pool tennis courts, basketball, and a great community center in the middle. I was here with the Lotta foundation and it is very safe and friendly. A great community center as well.
