Thankful for the awesome Thanksgiving luncheon today! What a great turnout and the food was delicious! My mom enjoyed it and so did my husband and I.

I have had family stay at Azria Health Winterset both long term and for a short stay to get stronger to go home. The staff was very kind and worked hard to care for my family. I would recommend this place to everyone.
