If you need long or short term care Ayer Valley Rehabilitation Center is by far the best place to go. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They listen to your concerns and any questions you may have. Ayer Valley Rehabilitation Center will be where I would want to be long term I give. I highly recommend Ayer Valley Rehabilitation Center. I give Ayer Valley Rehabilitation Center a 10 all around..Thank you Everyone at Ayer Valley Rehabilitation Center for giving me the courage to get up and do my best. Amazing staff

The staff of Ayer Valley were very welcoming when I first got here. They make me feel safe and very well looked after. I have seen other places in Leominster I'm very greatful to be at Ayer Valley Rehab and Nursing.

I’ve been here a year and five months I’ve seen a big change in the last seven months since the new administrator got here. I also give physical and occupational therapy top five stars they do excellent .everybody else,Also tries their best… The food could do a little bit of changing, but it’s not the Ritz Carlton. they do the best they can and they just need a little staff adjustments! I haven’t been targeted like this ever, they block me from sites that allow me to communicate with the real world. that’s against my rights as an American citizen I’m getting a lawyer, unless they fix this problem because I seem to be the only one targeted because they say some thing!

Staff at the front desk are always pleasant and do their best to answer questions. Even though staffing is short, like everywhere, they try to keep a familiar face on the floor. Now I'm hoping that my Mother-in-law will get a room she will stay in and not move around so much. We like the layout of the room she's in now, but due to freshening up the rooms with new paint, she'll probably be moved again. Hopefully soon she'll have a permanent room so that we do a little decorating to make it more homey. Thank you to all the staff for doing a great job!!!

My brother has been at Apple Valley for several years now. I have mostly been pleased with communication with staff, staff attention, his care and comfort and hs meals. However,have had issues with facility taking care of his laundry and the sloppiness of hanging his clothes in HIS closet. Several timesI have found other people’s clothing in his closet!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. In addition, I think Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning resident rooms and table and window surfaces. So in conclusion, care is excellent, but ancillary services could be better.
