What unprofessional staff!! I called to talk to a social worker and instead of putting me on hold to find out how she could transfer me to voicemail The whole conversation was on the floor. And then on top of it she hangs up on me not saying a word because I heard them say that Tessa wasn't here on Fridays unbelievable. So not only is the Brightonian a dump so is the Avon nursing home apparently. My assumption is that everything that Hulbert owns is incapable of taking care of patients and is even worse at customer service

$40 Cashapp payment attempted at this nursing home. Called them and they said they’ve been getting calls since 5am about it. Let’s be patient and not destroy the business with bad ratings, as they could have nothing to do with it.
