Went for a visit last weekend and the halls smelled of straight up urine, which means people either aren't changed and/or washed. The poor nurses were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, clearly stressed. . .but their care delivered to their residents was flawless. You could see the love the residents had for them during their interactions in the dining room and halls. I chose a weekend visit to get a clear picture of the place while looking for a place for my mother.. not sure this is the place for her golden years.

This facility had me standing, doing turn pivots, and walking in a month. Other facilities couldn't do that in 6 months. Their staff of CNAs, Nurses, and Rehab depth are the best ever. The transportation lady was a great help during my doctor's visit. I highly recommend this facility.

my mom ( nana) was a resident for a little over two years. it was very hard knowing that I could not take care of mom any longer. the care and most importantly the love she received from everyone was so comforting. they , the staff, truly care about their residents, even when things get a little hard at times, the staff act as if they have nothing to do but tend to the resident having some difficulty at that time. the entire staff at countryside is caring and give 110% of their time and patience to their residents. mom loved everyone there. they became an extension of our family. they treated all of us with love and respect. no matter what we would ask, they would do it for us. mom's medical care was above excellent. sadly, mom passed away in 2012. they remembered mom, and im sure she takes the love she had for " her girls", as she called them, with her. I don't know how I would have gotten through such a hard time without the staff of countryside manor. they were always there for me and my family. they always had a hug for us. my heartfelt thanks to them Tanya Shultz. Nana's daughter
