As a frequent onsite hairstylist, I am very impressed with Evercare of Breese. The facility is clean. The staff is kind and caring, and they provide numerous activities for the residents including music, bingo and others. In addition, Evercare has an excellent physical therapy department.

This is my second visit to the same resident. They were both during meal time. The food looked great and was well balanced. The resident I visited is a picky eater and seeing her eat all her food tells me that the meal was great. Caregivers checked on her often during meal time even though I was sitting there. The only reason for 4 stars is that the community needs upgrading

Very understaffed. My dad fell the very first night he was in their care. You can push the call button and wait for over an hour for someone to come check if everything is ok. The first room they put him in had a sink that wouldn’t drain for at least a week. Please do your research if you are sending a loved one here.

I wanted to first thank Breese Nursing Home for taking care of my grandma. She recently passed and when we got there she had passed 10 minutes before we walked in the door. Rob had to break the news to me and was the MOST compassionate nurse I’ve ever met in my life. He allowed us to come in and still say goodbye while still maintaining policy and procedure of the nursing home. A true gift from God. After we said our goodbyes, my husband and I went back to thank him for initiating the process of making my grandma comfortable and keeping her out of pain. The small town feel of Breese Nursing Home was the most perfect atmosphere for my grandma. She loved all of those who worked there and they loved her right back. I cannot thank the people of this Nursing home enough. I hope to make half the impact on my patients one day that Rob made on me Saturday.
