I've been with Avid for 3 years, and have been satisfied with their services. I've never had any issues with anything. I've have had 2 aides, my current aide has been with me 2 years. She makes sure I have everything I need, cleans, helps me make meals, does my shopping, and helps me be able to do as many things I can as possible.

I told the management up front during my interview that my apartment was cluttered, I’m disabled, and I needed help cleaning and organizing. The girl helped me by cleaning out my fridge but she left 2 hours early. My dad then got a call from the management telling him that she left early because she “felt uncomfortable” and that I was a hoarder and that I wouldn’t let her throw something away that was 4 years old and moldy. That is not true and I don’t appreciate being lied about.

JACKIE does a good job of keeping my home clean and clutter free. She is more then willing to rearrange her schedule to help me get to doctor's, shopping, or working a weekend to make up missed days. She is more then willing to sit and do jigsaw puzzles together. Really enjoy her company.

Great experience with Avid Health at Home. The staff was professional, caring, and easy to communicate with. They were respectful and attentive, and everything was handled smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable in-home care.
