The staff is wonderful - very caring and friendly. They took excellent care of my mom the short time she was there. The facility is older but well kept and clean. Definitely recommended this facility if you are in need of a nursing home for a loved one.

My mom is there and it’s Great place for her…the staff All of Them are Awesome n do a Great Job… the Facility is clean n well taken care of meals could be improved … for the condition my mom is in she’s very active n she has many friends n she’s healthy n happy n the Staff treats both of us like family …You couldn’t ask for a better bunch of folks caring kind an very attentive to their clients.

The facility was always clean and the staff gave my mom the care she needed. The staff was helpful and provided outstanding service, they were always helpful when we had questions or concerns.

My Mom has been at this facility for over 3 years. She had been in two previous facilities outside this area which failed to give her the care she needed and her health and spirit had seriously declined. The wonderful staff at Jacksonville Healthcare Center welcomed her with open hearts and gave her the care and encouragement she needed to bring her back to to good health. I cannot say enough positive things about the good people who care for the residents of this home. I am thankful to have found this home for Mom.

Having been in several different homes out in the community, the staff at Jacksonville Healthcare Center have been the most cooperative with outside agencies providing patient care as well as one of the most compassionate group of healthcare professionals. I am always impressed each time I have an opportunity to work with the staff at this facility.
