Bluebonnet Point Wellness is a senior living community in Bullard, Texas offering Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care. Amenities include Restaurant style Dining Room, Gathering / Activity Spaces and Social Activities. Families rate it 3.5 out of 5 across 56 reviews.
Bluebonnet Point Wellness is a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Bullard, Texas, licensed for 119 residents. The building itself is described as clean and nice by families, and the facility offers physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
Family experiences at Bluebonnet vary sharply. Some families report positive interactions with admissions staff and note improvement in care quality under recent leadership changes, including new nursing and CNA hires. The physical therapy program has earned praise for knowledgeable and attentive therapists. However, a substantial portion of reviews describe serious gaps in basic care delivery: delayed pain medication, unresponsive call buttons, inadequate assistance with toileting and personal hygiene, and insufficient supplies. One family wrote their loved one "wasn't there a good 24hr" before experiencing falls and long waits for help. Several families also noted staff conduct concerns, including arguments among employees witnessed during visits.
The facility holds a 3.5-star rating across 56 Google reviews. Families considering placement should be aware of the wide gap between positive and negative accounts, and may want to ask specifically about current staffing levels, call-response protocols, and recent changes in management before enrolling a loved one.

My mom has been there for over 4 years. In the past, there were things that needed improvement. But, honestly, it would be hard to find perfect round the clock care anywhere. As of today, her care is pretty good. They have hired new RNs and hard working CNAs to take care of mom. The current administrator, is on top of things. Any issues brought to her attention have been taken care of. I know they got a bad wrap recently, but please understand, there are two sides of the story. The news only wants to show one side. I have 3 ring cameras in my mother's room & 1 in her bathroom. I stay on top of things to make sure she is doing well. She is safe, clean, has friends and enjoys daily activities. If that should change, I will update this rating.

When you have old staff members stepping up, and publicly broadcasting how poor this facility is, and the rumors of the horrible care are true… this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!
