You don't want your family member here. Smells awful and they don't pay attention to their guests. Alert lights/sounds always going off. No one tends to them. Really sad.

Minimum attention and service given to your elderly loved one for an outrageous amount of money! My mother had three bird feeders outside her window, and one day they disappeared. Then the new-current administrator blamed it on the maintenance man and he said the administrator told him to throw them away without even knowing who they belong to and basically committing theft and destruction of private property. The administrator could care less about anyone but herself and making decisions as she goes, but one of those bird feeders that my mom looked at everyday from her bed was from my sister who at that point recently passed away. Well it went out in the trash with no disregard to the owner. The administrator should have been held responsible and received a theft charge and immediate termination. Also a laptop computer, a pair of diamond earrings and cash from my mom's wallet has vanished with every employee playing dumb not knowing anything about what happened. Clearing violating my mother's civil rights telling a visitor twice that my mother could only visit with direct family members. My mother also tested positive twice at two seperate times for COVID because the staff supervisor wasnt enforcing all staff to check their temperatures at the beginning of each shift. This facility as a whole is at best a snowball going downhill uncontrollably. Most of the 5 star reviews are created by friends or friends of friends who were previously employed by this elderly prison unit with coded key pads on the exit doors with the code subject to change at anytime allowing you not to visit your family member when you legally should be allowed to. GO ELSEWHERE.

The administrative staff can never be reached. The families of residents are told anything to keep them from knowing anything. Ask three people, you get three answers. They won’t return phone calls. They give residents information to scare them. If you have a choice, look somewhere else. This is a really sad excuse for elder care.
