Only put one star because NO STARS wasn’t an option. I would NEVER recommend anyone put place your loved one here. This is DEATHCARE!!!!!! My grandmother is currently in ccu with a gaping whole in her back, sepsis, pneumonia and more & the only reason she is at the hospital is because I came I saw I demanded. It maybe too late for my love one but not yours RUUUUUUUUUUN!!!

⚠️BEWARE ⚠️ Under no circumstances would I EVER recommend this place to anyone. Please if you truly care about your loved ones stay away from this place. The administrator was friendly and welcoming and promised all these wonderful things about this place but nothing about this place is wonderful. I’m sure some staff are kind people but the nurses I have encountered have been rude and distasteful. They seem like they hate their jobs and have no respect for families or their patients. If you push the call button provided for assistance it takes a MINIMUM of 30 minutes for someone to come, sometimes up to an hour. What if someone needs serious help? The nurses give medications and when a patient inquires on what it is the nurse says “not sure” what do you mean you don’t know the name of the meds you’re giving out? If the patient doesn’t call and wait for someone to come to remind them of the scheduled medication they should revive they simply don’t issue it. When my concerns were brought up to staff I was dismissed and told “they would look into it” Meals are gross and cold, if I wasn’t hand delivering food each day my loved one simply wouldn’t of eaten. Common essentials not stocked including WATER (even after requesting multiple times), toilet paper, paper towels, or normal bath towels. Absolute nightmare place please stay away!!

Had a really hard time acclimating at this place, as I am only 30ish years old and everyone else is like 60plus, but Anayah (who is the Director of Patient experience) made for CERTAIN that my experience here was a comfortable, warm, and welcoming one when I had a lot of trouble getting even the slightest bit of compassion and understanding from essentially all other staff here. In my entire 4 month stay here she made sure it wasn't a living hell and though I'm on my way out I would return if need be just knowing she would be there to make me smile. Thank you Anayah. You're the best. 😁

I had an amazing experience thanks to Anayah, the Director of Patient Experience. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, comfortable, and truly cared for. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Anayah has a rare ability to turn what could be a stressful situation into one that feels supportive and reassuring. She takes the time to listen, advocate, and ensure every concern is addressed with genuine care. It’s clear she is passionate about what she does, and it reflects in the positive environment she creates for both patients and staff. If every facility had someone like Anayah leading patient experience, healthcare would feel a lot more human. Truly grateful for her dedication and kindness!

There's a reason why they continue to change their name. This place is absolutely horrible. It does have a few staff members that have good hearts. Administration is a joke and the doctor ed should be put in jail for the abuse that they allowed at this facility. Talk to administrations several times and it's never their fault or their staff's. I requested cameras in the hallway. That way, they can hold their staff accountable for abuse and neglect. My mother sat in her feces for over three hours. I sat there several time for thirty minutes to an hour.Watching the staff text in commissee, with one another. While the nurse lights are on. If you're thinking about going to this facility run. already, we'll be reporting Dr. Ed. To the medical board, It absolutely ridiculous
