My grandmother had a wonderful experience! Thank you to Catherine Jordan for your kindness and time and attention to detail, Mandy for your patience, Isabella and the wonderful nurses throughout the evenings. I truly appreciate the thoroughness, uplifting, and care. I would recommend this facility.

I rarely write Google reviews unless something is extraordinarily good or deplorably bad. Palm Garden is the latter. My mother was 102 years old when she was admitted to this facility after surviving a fractured hip and surgery to repair it. Upon admission, she had no bedsores (decubitus ulcers) on her body. While there in her room, she fell out of her wheelchair. So she was relegated to being in the tv room all day, sitting on her butt in a wheelchair. One day, the med nurse left my mother’s morning medications in an unlabeled med cup on her overbed table. In addition there was an unlabeled med cup with a cream left in the bathroom beside her dentures. Supposedly it was a zinc cream to prevent skin breakdown, but was mistaken as a denture adhesive. On several occasions, the nursing assistants came in to give her a shower after she was already medicated and tucked in for the night. The food she got looked like it had been ground up in a garbage disposal and thrown on her plate. One physical therapist and one social worker were very rude to me. The social worker demanded that my mother be declared incapacitated. I refused. The only person who seemed to know anything there was the ward clerk on her unit. There was no improvement as a result of any so-called physical therapy. No one asked me about her secondary insurance so I received a bill from Palm Garden. Obviously, the decubitus ulcers are what concern me the most at this time. They are between stage 3 and stage 4 and they will never heal, no matter how aggressively they are treated. She had no decubitus ulcers when she was admitted. I would like to add a photo of the worst ulcer but I won’t. I would NOT recommend Palm Garden to anyone - anywhere - ever. If I could give this facility a minus five stars, I would.

I went to visit a dear friend in this facility. The receptionist greeted me right away and directed me on how to sign in. In walking to my friend's room, I couldn't help but notice how clean the hallways and nursing stations were. Employees greeted me and directed me to my friend's room. Her room was very clean and orderly. My friend was very happy here. If I have a loved who would need rehab care, this is the facilty to have them convaless in.

I was there for almost 2 weeks after my shoulder surgery and was very pleased with the nursing staff and in particular an aid named Josephine. She was awesome! Also Bong my occupational therapist and Glen my physical therapist were awesome!! I’m going. Suck there for occupational therapy once.i am released from my surgeon!! I didn’t have any problems had a private room and everything and everyone was very helpful. The only problem I experienced was with the food…it came to my room cold for breakfast lunch and dinner. Nothing worse than eating cold eggs for breakfast and not getting my cranberry juice! Thank you for making my stay peaceful and helpful.

Palm Garden of Clearwater has been a life-changing experience for my mother and our entire family. After a very difficult time at her previous facility—which only brought her fear and anxiety—and where she almost died from lack of care and ignorance, we were praying for a place that could restore not just her health, but her hope. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we had found something special. The rehab facility itself is incredible—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed to promote healing. The rooms are absolutely beautiful—bright, comfortable, and welcoming. It feels more like a resort than a medical facility. What truly sets Palm Garden apart, however, is the people. Every nurse, aide, and staff member we’ve encountered has shown genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism. They treat my mother with such respect and compassion. For the first time in a long while, she feels safe, seen, and cared for. She’s smiling again. She’s laughing again. And most importantly—she has hope again. The rehab equipment is top-of-the-line and clearly updated with the best technology to support recovery. We’ve seen real progress in her health and attitude, which we know is due to the incredible care she’s receiving here. I can’t thank Palm Garden of Clearwater enough. They’ve given my mother back her peace—and given us the peace of mind that she’s finally in the right place. 5 Stars - A True Blessing for Our Family 💯 highly recommend
