Ally at the front desk is wonderful even when I didn’t have an in person guided tour scheduled she made time and showed me around. She also answered every little question I had!

I had a great experience at Windsor Apartments, especially thanks to Jasmine. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Jasmine made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of.<br><br>It’s clear that she really cares about the residents and takes pride in providing great service. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and Jasmine was a huge part of that. I definitely recommend Windsor Apartments, and if you’re working with Jasmine, you’re in great hands!

BEWARE - Whatever you are promised before signing a lease, get it in writing. I moved in August 4th and was told I would receive a free month of rent as a move-in special when I signed the lease. Now management says it isn’t in my lease and will not honor it. Huge bairt and switch to lure you into signing quickly. On top of that, my AC went out on day two and I’ve already dealt with ongoing roach problems. I’ve only lived here a few weeks and already regret my decision. Think twice before signing a lease here—and document every promise.

Management and maintenance are extremely responsive to any repair requests. Property is well maintained. It’s a luxury resort here! Adding my recent experience with Nikol and Jorge- my ac went out and they were able to diagnose and complete the repair promptly. response time and quality of work is superior! Maintenance staff kind, considerate and attentive to issues!
