We recently purchased a very cute, upgraded home here. It's a rather small park with about 330 homes. Most of the homes reflect pride of ownership & animals are allowed.<br>That was very important to us. Although this park is in a quite little village type neighborhood, just a few miles away are any shopping or medical care one might need. The streets are wide for a park, and the clubhouse and facilities are spotless & upgraded.<br>The lot rent is around a $1,100. Per month. However, after shopping around this price is not unusual for similar parks with the same amenities.

Placed a complaint about a safety issue on the sidewalk at lot 10 9 weeks ago. There has been no action taken to remove a bricked extension that was built across the sidewalk. I watched as a neighbor who uses a white cane for walking with blindness, almost fell onto the street when his cane struck the extension across the sidewalk causing him to lose his balance. I took pictures and filed a written report with the front office about this dangerous situation. I was told it would be dealt with.<br>Another neighbor in a wheel chair almost topples over when he has to maneuver from the sidewalk across the curb to the street to avoid the blocked sidewalk.<br>I am only trying to save Cal Am a lawsuit for negligence for failure to remove this obstruction.<br>Obstruction removed. New cement now covers safety hazard. Well done. 👍

Too expensive, all you get for your lot rent of over$1000 a month is, heated pool and yard weed eated once every one or two weeks.

The community is very nice and our on-site Manager, Mgrs Assistance, and Maintenance personnel are all kind and very thorough. Our on-site Manager and staff are doing everything possible to keep this an attractive park. Their response to the recent hurricanes was excellent and very helpful. Management hosts a luncheon or party monthly and they do a great job. Only negatives are the rent is higher than many communities and goes up every year and there are no "perks" such as water, trash, or internet services included.
