Aventine has an exceptional Manager - Melanie and Leasing Agent - Shelby. Any questions or issues a tenant has in Aventine are addressed as soon as possible. They make sure to gather all the facts before taking action. Aventine has an amazing team. Melanie, Shelby and Shawn are all a great asset for Aventine. The Maintenance Director - Shawn is absolutely outstanding at fixing and maintaining Aventine apartments and common area’s with his knowledge and skills. He takes his job very serious and has great pride in his work.<br>Thank you Aventine Team for all you do.

I came and had a tour with Shelby and she was the best!!!! So nice and friendly has a warm smile when we walked in and always so respectful! Now the property isn’t for us since it’s a bit far from my job. but they are some great apartments. The property is great. I love the front staff. I am gonna keep them for future reference when I start looking again for an apartment. Again thank you Shelby for all your kind words and help!!!

Office and maintenance team do their jobs and even extra. Shelby and Shawn seem to care a lot about the residents here .
