The staff is very kind, but condition of the room is poor. My dad is after stroke and very old, he needs rest and quiet. The air-conditioning system in his room works very loud, the sound like in noisy restaurant. In additional the roomate's TV is working whole day, and there is no quiet hour in the facility!! I told to administration about the noise, but nothing is done.<br>P.S. Finally, the problem was totally resolved, the administration are very responsible and responds quickly.

My dad enjoyed his stay in the 300 unit. The staff and nurses, Ira, Becca and Alexia, were very kind and the CNA were very attentive to him especially Edmond and Jose. Across from his room were office workers who always said hello to my dad, offered him coffee, and answered his call light many times! Whenever we had questions the Director Of Nursing, Claudine, was easy to talk with! Patty the social worker was also very helpful setting him up to go home! In the two weeks he was there he gained weight back that he lost due to a recent hospitalization. We would not hesitate to come back!
